1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") 12vip These Terms apply to the platform and all its services. By registering, logging in, or using any service on 12vip, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms.

12vip is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply in both Bengali and English; in the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

• You confirm that you are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 12vip, you must register using accurate and complete information. 12vip reserves the right to terminate any account at any time if false or incomplete information is provided during registration.

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be suspended.

• You must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address during registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Keep your password confidential at all times — sharing it with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 12vip Support immediately.
• It is the account holder's responsibility to prevent minors from using the platform.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

12vip supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 12vip maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes.

4Betting Rules & Results

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in specific circumstances such as a match being cancelled or postponed. Odds are subject to change in live betting; please confirm before placing your bet.

• If a match is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• 12vip reserves the right to review any outcome resulting from a technical error.
• Betting limits are set by 12vip and are subject to change.
• 12vip reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Coordinated bets placed from multiple accounts on the same event will be treated as fraud.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

12vip regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

A wagering requirement must be met to benefit from any bonus. Typically, the bonus amount must be turned over 5–30 times before a withdrawal can be made. Only bets placed on eligible games will count toward the wagering requirement.

• Each promotion may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — funds only become withdrawable once the applicable conditions are met.
• If bonus misuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.

8Limitation of Liability

12vip provides its services on an "as is" basis. 12vip is not liable for any loss arising from technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems.

12vip's direct liability is also limited in cases of issues caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers). However, we always make every effort to resolve any problem promptly.

• No compensation is provided for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• 12vip is not liable for any loss arising from a user's own error or negligence.
• 12vip reserves the right to suspend services in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, government directives).

9Dispute Resolution Process

For any complaints or disputes, please contact the 12vip customer service team in the first instance. We will do our best to resolve your issue within 48 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, a complaint may be submitted to the relevant licensing authority. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with international gaming law and the terms of the license agreement.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• Please include a clear description of the issue, the date, and any supporting evidence with your complaint.
• The relevant account and balance may be temporarily frozen during an ongoing investigation.
